Based in Richmond, Virginia, Albafeire is a band that focuses on traditional Scottish and Irish music. Using authentic celtic instruments including fiddles, bagpipes, whistles and bodhráns, Albafeire shares their passion for celtic music with audiences in a way that's sure to get your feet stomping!
The band's name derives from combining "Alba" with "Éire," the Gaelic names for Scotland and Ireland. The members still debate how it should be pronounced, so you can't go wrong no matter how you say it!
